Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, July 9

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Monday, July 9:

Andrew Michael Voss was indicted in the 359th District Court on a charge of injury to a child.

Voss is 21 years old, and resides in the 535 Seminar Drive, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Tuesday, Sept. 9. Voss was arrested Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Jarrod L. Walker is Voss' attorney.

Maarten Edward Dewaal was indicted in the 359th District Court on a charge of forgery.

Dewaal is 25 years old, and resides in the 14777 Wunderlich Drive, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Thursday, March 25. Dewaal was arrested that same day.

Judith Shields is Dewaal's attorney.
