A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), driving with an invalid license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to produce a driver's license on demand and driving with expired registration on February 7, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Oscar Geovanny Raymundo, 23 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on February 8, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 13410 Bridgewalk Lane.
