Crystal Lee was arrested on charges of 2 counts of driving with expired registration, 3 counts of driving with an invalid license, 2 counts of ffailure or refusal to pay toll, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 2 counts of expired driverattendant driver's license, improperly pass emergency vehi and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on February 25, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
