Alfred Steadham was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, 2 counts of expired driverattendant driver's license, 2 counts of driving with expired registration, no liability insurance (2nd) and driving without wearing a seat belt on March 7, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Steadham, a 36 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on March 7, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 17414 Wildwillow.
