William Ernest Stevens was arrested on charges of speeding, turned when unsafe, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), poss drug paraphernalia and ffailure to display two headlights on March 23, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Stevens, a 18 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on March 23, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 10907 Creek Mist.
