Courtney Ketcham was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), failure to appear in court, poss cs pg 1 4g - 200g and possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) on April 19, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Ketcham, a 24 year old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 20, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. She resides at 8126 Devonwood.
