Sean Anthony Meadows was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), speeding and violating a promise to appear on June 15, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Meadows, a 22 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on June 15, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 6922 Cotton.
