Frederick Boss was arrested on charges of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving without wearing a seat belt and ffailure yld row turning left on April 8, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Boss, a year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on April 9, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 9903 Rippling Fields.
