Ryan Fonseca Arrested

Ryan Fonseca was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 2 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, driving with expired registration, driving without wearing a seat belt, possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, following too closely and defective side marker lamp - mcs on July 1, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. Fonseca, a 21 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 1, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 8750 Point Park Dr.
