Keris Guy Douglas Arrested

Keris Guy Douglas was arrested on charges of 2 counts of driving with an invalid license, driving without wearing a seat belt, operate unregistered motor vehicle, illegal use of dealer's tag, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), expired attendant driver's license, failure or refusal to pay toll and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on July 8, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported.
