Sondre Marie Ripple was arrested on charges of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving with expired registration and driving with an invalid license on July 18, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Ripple, a 32 year old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 18, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 11403 Travelers Way C.
