In an asbestos and silica injury damages case filed on Jan. 9 at the 412th District Court in Brazoria County, Able Supply Company, Atlantice Richfield Company, Baldor Electric Company, CBS Corporation, Conoco Phillips Company, Cooper Industries Inc., Crane Co, Eaton Electrical Inc., Flour Corporation, General Electric Company, Georgia-Pacific LLC, Graybar Electric Company Inc., Honeywell International Inc., International Paper Company, J-M Manufacturing Company Inc., Kelly-Moore Paint Company Inc., Kentile Floors Inc., Lamons Gasket Company Inc., Midwest Glove Company Inc., Murco Wall Products Inc., Texas Power Nrg LLC, Rapid American Corporation, Automation Rockwell, Schneider Electric USA Inc., Shell Oil Company, Shintech Incorporated, Siemens Energy & Automation Inc., Tamko Building Products Inc., Tellepsen Corporation, Dow Chemical The Company, Tin Inc., U S Contractors Management LLC and Union Carbide Corporation were named as the defendants.
