In a delinquent tax case filed on Jan. 13 at the 239th District Court in Brazoria County, Larry Allen Davis Jr. and Joseph William Davis were named as the defendants.

Isd Alvin, Community College Dist Alvin, Brazoria County, Brazoria County Conservation & Reclamation District No 3 Alvin, Brazoria Co Emergency Svcs Dist # and Special Road & Bridge were named as the plaintiffs.
