Joshua Elias Capetillo was arrested on charges of theft between $50 and $500 and interfering with the duties of a public servant on January 26, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Capetillo, a 18 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 26, 2012 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 19947 Mason Creek.
