Muneer Yousaf Malik was arrested on charges of backing not in safety, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, ffailure to control speed, ffailure stop desig point, stop sig, 2 counts of unsafe speed, running a red light and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) on September 19, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
