Montgomery County arrests, Oct. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Oct. 9:

Tony Lee Cerda was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION, public intoxication, DISORDERLY CONDUCT and disorderly conduct. Cerda's address is listed as 14102 Burtcliff Road, Houston, TX 77060.

Gage Allen Elders, of 18627 N. Lyford Drive, Katy, TX 77449, was arrested on alleged charges of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces).

Candie Renee Morrison was arrested on alleged charges of assault with family violence and public intoxication. Morrison's address is listed as 22518 Sail Harbour Court, Katy, TX 77450.

Garrett Keith Sellars, of 9918 Hambleton Way Cir., Houston, TX 77065, was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and driving while intoxicated.
