Jeremy Jerone Stoot was arrested on charges of no seat belt passenger, driving with an invalid license, failure to stop at the designated point, defective license plate light and failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) on January 30, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Stoot, a 25 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on January 30, 2012 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 16626 Glamis Lane.
