Anthony Van Smith was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), failure to dim headlights meeting, driving with an invalid license, violating a promise to appear, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and speeding on February 1, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
