Jameka Karmel Andrews was arrested on charges of failure to produce a driver's license on demand, 2 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and speeding in a school zone on February 3, 2012, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Andrews, a 23 year old black female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on February 4, 2012 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 18034 Oak Hampton.
