Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, Jan. 19

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, Jan. 19:

Manuel A. Chavarria-Brenes was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Chavarria-Brenes is 25 years old, and resides in the 8311 Misty Trail Drive, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Tuesday, Nov. 1. Chavarria-Brenes was arrested that same day.

Alex Lieber Alessie is Chavarria-Brenes' attorney.

Sheila Thomas Matthews was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.

Matthews is 48 years old, and resides in the 15301 Northwest Freeway No. 3922, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Thursday, Oct. 13. Matthews was arrested that same day.

Tony Duckworth is Matthews' attorney.

Bao-Chinh Nguyen Vo was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Vo is 27 years old, and resides in the 8631 Camberbrook Drive, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Friday, May 20. Vo was arrested that same day.

Jonathan Terrell Smith was indicted in the 359th District Court on a charge of criminal attempt.

Smith is 21 years old, and resides in the 9110 Aransas Drive, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Wednesday, Nov. 9. Smith was arrested that same day.

William E. Harrison is Smith's attorney.

Jason Allen Wimberly was indicted in the 359th District Court on a charge of possessing a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

Wimberly is 34 years old, and resides in the 530 Hidden Valley, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Thursday, Nov. 10. Wimberly was arrested that same day.

Stephen D. Jackson is Wimberly's attorney.

Ladalvin Glamal Davis was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of burglary of a building.

Davis is 35 years old, and resides in the 9815 Valleyside, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Dec. 17.

Bryan Anthony Hawkins was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of burglary of a building.

Hawkins is 38 years old, and resides in the 9815 Valleyside, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Dec. 17.

Ladalvin Glamal Davis was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of burglary of a building.

Davis is 35 years old, and resides in the 9815 Valleyside, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Dec. 17. Davis was arrested Monday, Feb. 13.

Grant Stevens is Davis' attorney.

Hawkins is 38 years old, and resides in the 9815 Valleyside, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Dec. 17. Hawkins was arrested Monday, Feb. 13.

Russell Levan Parker was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of burglary of a building.

Zachary Dominick Loudd was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of burglary of a building.

Loudd is 21 years old, and resides in the 7977 Booker St., Houston.
