Aaron Eugene Harvey was arrested on charges of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), driving with expired registration and violating a promise to appear on August 22, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
