A $2,500 bail bond was posted for Carlos Ruben Munoz, 18. Munoz was confined on Feb. 17 on a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500). He was released on Feb. 17.

The bondsman is listed as Ok Bail Bonds, Michelle Lee, at 119 E. Cedar St., Angleton.

Munoz is described as a 5-foot-5 white male. He is 141 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He resides at 9803 Sageplum, Houston.
