Chad Joseph Nicholson was arrested on charges of aggravated assault of a family member, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), 3 counts of driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, park/stand within 20 walk at intersection and 2 counts of failure to stop at designated point/stop sign on August 28, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
