Montgomery County misdemeanors, Dec. 26-Jan. 1

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Dec. 26-Jan. 1:

Olmer Chavez-Ramirez, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of filing a false report to a police officer or law enforcement employee, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 10. His defense attorney is Samuel Beale.

Chavez-Ramirez was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Balzekas of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *FALSE REPRT TO PO /LAW ENFORCE EMPL*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Jan. 4. The bond was released on May 10. On May 10, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Chavez-Ramirez is described as a 5-foot-6, 160 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 5, 1987, in Minnesota. His last known address is 6815 Navidad, Houston.



Kennard Edward Denning, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 12. His defense attorney is Andrea Sadler.

Denning was arrested on Jan. 1 by Officer Wolfhagen of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS MARIJ AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Jan. 2.

The final judgment was on March 22.

Denning is described as a 5-foot-2, 135 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 2, 1987, in Texas. His last known address is 16222 Cutten Road, Houston.
