Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 1-7

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 1-7:

Mubarak Mohammed Alghubari, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 4. His defense attorney is Johnny P Papantonakis.

Alghubari was arrested on May 1 by Officer Keith Underwood of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on May 2. The bond was released on Oct. 4. On Oct. 4, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Alghubari is described as a 5-foot-9, 215 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 21, 1971, in SB. His last known address is 2300 McCue Road Apt # 145, Houston.

Jerald Darrod Collier, 26, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on May 4. His defense attorney is Greg Lee Gaines.

Collier was arrested on May 1 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES**. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Joshua Keith Sederes, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 9. His defense attorney is Austin David Black.

Ramon Navarro III, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence) he was charged with on Feb. 28. His defense attorney is Erik Berglund.
