Montgomery County misdemeanors, June 12-18

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of June 12-18:

Ruben Bejarano, 26, was charged with driving while intoxicated on July 14. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Bejarano was arrested on June 12 by Officer Lopez of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on June 13.

Joshua Mykail Comeaux, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of criminal trespassing, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 16.

Comeaux was arrested on June 12 by Officer Allen J of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *CRIMINAL TRESPASS*. Police reported one victim.

On June 17, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Victoria Latanya McBride, 20, plead No Contest to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on June 16.

McBride was arrested on June 13 by Officer Clinton Clifton of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 14. The bond was released on Aug. 24.

On Aug. 24, the case was deferred.

Royce Lynn Legard, 57, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 16. His defense attorney is Katherine Shipman.

Legard was arrested on June 14 by Officer Gray of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

Gurald Thomas Vanveckhoven, 37, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 23.

Vanveckhoven was arrested on June 15 by Officer Gladden W of the CP2 on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On June 24, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Gurjant Bawa, 30, plead Guilty to a charge of sell alcoholic beverage to a minor he was charged with on Oct. 3.
