The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Aug. 7-13:

Lloyd Baker, 50, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 7. His defense attorney is Andrew Martin.

Baker was arrested on Aug. 7 by Officer Kelemen J of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Aug. 7.

Norine Vince Aa, 54, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Aug. 18. His defense attorney is Jeremy Dishongh.

Aa was arrested on Aug. 7 by Officer Cullar of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*. Police reported one victim.

Brian Christopher Wyatt, 28, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Aug. 18.

Christine Zapata, 18, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Aug. 29. Her defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Zapata was arrested on Aug. 8 by Officer Daniel Rodriguez of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Aug. 9. The bond was forfeited on Jan. 18.

Dennis Duncan Farmer, 23, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 18. His defense attorney is William Pattillo.

Arturo Ochoa Perez, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 18.
