The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Aug. 21-27:

Robert Justin Green, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on Aug. 29. His defense attorney is Janice Katherine Baldwin.

Green was arrested on Aug. 21 by Officer Moers of the Department of Public Safety on a charge of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $750 bond on Aug. 21. The bond was released on Dec. 19. On Dec. 19, the case was deferred.

Julie Rodriguez, 36, was charged with theft of property ($20 to $500 by check) on May 30. Her defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.
