Montgomery County misdemeanors, Nov. 27-Dec. 3

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Nov. 27-Dec. 3:

John Mark Bates, 47, was charged with theft of property ($500 to $1,500) on Dec. 8. His defense attorney is Austin David Black.
