Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 15-21

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 15-21:

Martha Fabiola Perez, 28, was charged with theft of property ($500 to $1,500) on Jan. 23.

Christopher Michael Parker, 36, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Jan. 26.

Parker was arrested on Jan. 19 by Officer Kyle Koonce of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 20.

Belva Strawn Sims, 68, was charged with assault causing bodily injury (family violence) on Jan. 10.

Sims was arrested on Jan. 19 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES B.I.:FAMILY VIOLENCE*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.
