Delinquent tax case filed at 239th District Court

In a delinquent tax case filed on Feb. 17 at the 239th District Court in Brazoria County, Chad Dewain Matheny and The Bank of New York Mellon were named as the defendants.

Isd Alvin, Community College Dist Alvin, Brazoria County, Brazoria County Conservation & Reclamation District No 3 Alvin, Alvin City of and Special Road & Bridge were named as the plaintiffs. Michael Darlow, of 1235 N Loop West and #600, Houston, TX 77008, is listed as the plaintiffs' attorney.
