Carlos Gene Longoria was arrested on charges of retaliation - assault with bodily injury to a public servant, criminal mischief greater than $50 but less than $500, failure to attend school, driving with expired registration and driving without a Texas operator's license on November 4, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Longoria, a 18 year old white male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on November 5, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He resides at 7607 Muirwood Ln.
