Charles Guy was arrested on charges of theft between $50 and $500, no seat belt-passenger, 2 counts of driving without a Texas operator's license, illegal load extension and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on November 18, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Guy, a 48 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on November 19, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 19215 Sagebrush Valle.
