Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, June 12

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Tuesday, June 12:

Esequiel Salazar was indicted in the 410th District Court on a charge of burglary of a home.

Salazar is 26 years old, and resides in the 1018 Cherry Spring, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Tuesday, Feb. 28. Salazar was arrested that same day.

Eric J. Benavides is Salazar's attorney.



Brian Keith Murphy was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.

Murphy is 48 years old, and resides in the 12915 Lemur, Cypress.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Sunday, Feb. 8. Murphy was arrested that same day.

Thomas A. Martin is Murphy's attorney.



Dustin Bryant Sechrist was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Sechrist is 23 years old, and resides in the 905 Cypress Station Drive E2, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 5. Sechrist was arrested that same day.

Earl L. Pryor is Sechrist's attorney.
