A Houston man was arrested and charged with failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), defective license plate light and violating a promise to appear on December 5, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Christopher Rea Stearman, 33 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on December 5, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 13211 Bexhill.
