Joe Willie Williams was arrested on charges of violating a promise to appear, no texas operatorattendant driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving without or with an expired inspection sticker on December 16, 2010, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Williams, a 26 year old black male, was booked at the Harris County Jail on December 16, 2010 and is facing misdemeanor charges. He resides at 6831 Autumn Thistle.
