Alberto Garza Villanueva was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. A bond of $500 was set for Mr. Villanueva, who is listed as living at 8710 Benningfield in Hou (77964). Villanueva was reportedly arrested on 5 charges, including driving with a suspended license ended, possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than a gram), unapproved sunscreen device, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and driving with an invalID license.
