Ogden is a 2007 graduate of Cy-Fair High School where he was a two-year starting infielder for coach Woody Champagne. As a senior, 2006-2007, he notched 36 hits, including 19 doubles, two triples and 11 home runs, while stealing 16 bases in 19 attempts to help Cy-Fair to 32 wins and a state title. Ogden earned all-tournament team honors at shortstop. He played summer bases for the Houston Sting, coached by Charlie Hayes. Prior to Mississippi State, Ogden played two seasons at Blinn College. Born July 15, 1988 in Houston the son of Joanne and Steve Ogden, he is majoring in business administration. Read more...
