The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Sept. 30:

Joshua Franci Engalla, of 14439 Terrace Bend, Cypress, TX 77429, was arrested on an alleged charge of public intoxication.

Jennifer Rae Scott, of 10300 Cypresswood Drive No. 2031, Houston, TX 77070, was arrested on an alleged charge of driving while intoxicated.
