The Houston Police Department reported the following nearby crimes on Jan. 12:

An incident involving theft was reported at 1 a.m. in the 11400 block of Clay Road.

An incident involving theft was reported at noon in the 12600 block of HempSt. ead Hwy.

At 12:40 p.m., an incidence of theft was reported in the 17700 block of Tomball Pkwy.

At 4:40 p.m., an incidence of theft was reported in the 17700 block of Tomball Pkwy.

At 5 p.m., an incidence of theft was reported in the 7500 block of Fm 1960.

At 5 p.m., theft was reported in the 6600 block of Rox Burgh Drive.

An incident involving theft was reported at 6 p.m. in the 13400 block of NorthweSt. Fwy.

At 6:30 p.m., an incidence of theft was reported in the 7500 block of Fm 1960.

An incident involving burglary was reported at 8 p.m. in the 10400 block of Olga.

An incident involving robbery was reported at 9:30 p.m. in the 8300 block of Fm 1960.

Paul Richard Sidgraves was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff‘s Office. Sidgraves is listed as living at 20719 Fair Castle in Cypress (77433). Bond for Mr. Sidgraves was set at $10,000. He was reportedly arrested on November 29, 2011 on one charge of burglary of a home. Read more...

A minor collision involving a person who failed to stop and give information was reported at 7300 Loop at 6:37 a.m. Houston police were dispatched at 6:38 a.m. and arrived at 7:01 a.m. It took until 7:07 a.m. to clear the collision. The incident number is 004892412.

At 8:12 p.m., a minor collision was reported at 8100 Pinemont Drive D. Houston police arrived at 8:52 a.m. The collision was cleared by 10:19 a.m. The incident number is 004928412.
