A $500 bail bond was posted for Johnsamuel Laquent Fuller, 32. Fuller was confined on Feb. 19 on a charge of hold, theft by check $50 $500/possession of a controlled substance and property theft ($20 to $500) by check aggregated. He was released on Feb. 20.
