A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:27 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Gessner Drive and Emnora Lane.

At 1:30 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Gessner Drive and Tanner.

At 12:12 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Guhn and Castleford.

At 7:51 a.m., an automatic alarm incident occurred at Guhn and West Little York Road.

At 1:45 a.m., an EMS event occurred at Misty Willow Drive and Willow Place Drive North.

An EMS event was reported at 7:35 a.m. at W. Little York Road and Alabonson Road.

At 8:45 a.m., an EMS event occurred at W. Little York Road and North Freeway Ob.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:42 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to W. Little York Road and North Freeway Ob.

An EMS event was reported at 10:50 a.m. at Willow Chase Blvd. and Versante Court.

In a product liability injury damages case filed on March 3 at the 239th District Court in Brazoria County, Biomet Inc., Orthopedics Biomet LLC, Biomet Manufacturing Corp, Depuy Orthopaedics Inc., Depuy Inc., Johnson & Johnson Services Inc., Johnson & Johnson Inc., Johnson and Johnson, Fondren Orthopedic Group LLP and Burke Md Robert L were named as the defendants.

Xavier Alexande Marshall has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Marshall's bond was set at $2,000. He is listed as living at 5122 Lerwick in Houston (77084). Marshall was reportedly arrested on March 1, 2012 on one charge of theft between $1,500 and $20,000. Read more...
