Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, April 5

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, April 5:

Jeffrey Lee Thomas was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Thomas is 21 years old, and resides in the 14911 Wunderlich 8, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Sunday, Dec. 11. Thomas was arrested that same day.

Jessica Leila Abrams was indicted in the 435th District Court on a charge of burglary of a building.

Abrams is 46 years old, and resides in the 1129 Briar Forest, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 4. Abrams was arrested Wednesday, May 23.

Bierman Nancy Knox 832-266-3926 is Abrams' attorney.

James Nash was indicted in the 435th District Court on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear.

Nash is 21 years old, and resides in the 6910 SW Freeway, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Friday, Jan. 13. Nash was arrested Wednesday, May 30.

William E. Harrison is Nash's attorney.
