The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 13:

At 12:21 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Perry Road and Grant Road.

A call regarding a motor vehicle incident was received at 12:03 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to South Pinemont and

A motor vehicle incident was reported at 12:10 p.m. at South Pinemont and

An EMS event was reported at 11:23 a.m. at West Little York Road and N. Freeway Ob.

An EMS event was reported at 6:04 p.m. at West Sam Houston Parkway North and City Center Way.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 1:19 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to West Sam Houston Parkway North and Hammerly Entrance Ramp.

An EMS event was reported at 6:32 a.m. at Willow Chase Boulevard and Versante Court.

At 1:47 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Willow Place Drive North and Misty Willow Drive.

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 13:

At 3:52 p.m., a non-fatal major accident occurred at 12800 Hempstead Highway.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 4:21 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 14000 Clay Road.

At 5:46 p.m., a minor accident occurred at 14991 Hempstead Highway.

At 7:08 p.m., a non-fatal major accident occurred at 3000 N. Eldridge Parkway.

At 7:49 p.m., a non-fatal major accident occurred at 3600 N. Eldridge Parkway.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 5:47 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 5400 Gessner Drive.

Anthony Michael Fluhart in custody at Montgomery County Jail

Anthony Michael Fluhart was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 2 p.m. on Sept. 13, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged charge against the 0-year-old white male is listed as an order of arrest (felony).

Fluhart's address is listed as 17826 Watson Bay Drive, Cypress, Texas 77429.

Juan Calderon Jr. was arrested on charges of unapproved sunscreen device, driving without a texas operator's license, driving with an invalid license and driving without wearing a seat belt on Sept. 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Julian Antonio Guevara arrested on charges of reckless driving and 2 counts of driving without a texas operator's license

A Houston man was arrested and charged with reckless driving and driving without a texas operator's license on Sept. 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
