    The Lone Star College-CyFair Tennis Team assisted the United Stated Tennis Association-Texas Section in introducing wheelchair tennis to disabled veterans returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan as part of an annual Welcome Home event held Aug. 7.

    Pride and Passion: The African-American Baseball Experience, a new traveling exhibition, comes to Lone Star College-Cy-Fair from July 14–Aug. 27. The exhibition was organized by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, Cooperstown, New York, and the American Library Association Public Programs Office, Chicago.
