First Wine Fair Cy-Fair event hailed as success

More than 1,400 guests attended the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce's first Wine Fair Cy-Fair food and wine tasting event.
Made possible through a partnership with Food and Vine Time Productions, the recent event featured a selection of food and drinks from local establishments such as the Backyard Grill, Carino’s Italian, Claudia's Fresh Mex, Don Julio’s Mexican Restaurant, d'Vine Wine Bar and Bistro, El Rey Cuban and Mexican Cuisine, HEB Cypress Market, Merche, Northwest Forest Hotel and Conference Center, Texas Road House, Zaxby's and 1252 Tapas Bar.
In addition, the event featured live music by the Robert Hartye Band and showcases from the Momentum Volkswagen dealership of Jersey Village and the Greystar Cypress Village apartment community. Attendees also participated in a live auction, featuring some of the wines sampled at the event
According to a press release following the event, the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce plans to hold the event again next year at in the same location, Cypress Village Station, 25250 Northwest Freeway in Cypress.
