Motorcyclist dies after losing control on 249

A motorcyclist died Monday after losing control when a car in front of him prepared to make a turn in northwest Harris County, officials said.
The motorcycle rider, identified as Richard Stevens, was killed shortly after 8 a.m. along the 25500 block of State Highway 249, Harris County sheriff's deputies said.
