Comcast director, oil industry exec selling 4BD in Cypress

Michael A. Abend and his wife, Jennifer, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 26218 Ridgefield Park Lane in Cypress for $515,000.

The 5,497-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Cypress Creek Lakes subdivision. Nikki Villareal of Realm Real Estate Professionals is the agent for the property. 

 

Mr. Abend is a controller at Sulphco, a company specializing in the use of ultrasound processes to desulfurize crude oil products. He previously was a financial analyst at CLP Resources and a controller at Hyatt.
