Buffalo Wild Wings tops Cypress liquor taxpayers

Buffalo Wild Wings was Cypress's top liquor tax payer for the month of July, according to Texas mixed beverage tax receipts. 

The restaurant, located at 25704 Northwest Freeway, handed over $12,411.84 in liquor taxes for the month.  With a tax rate of 14 percent, this represents a gross receipt amount of $88,656 in liquor sales. 

Coming in second for the month was Mac's Sports Bar & Grill. Located at 12650 Telge Rd., the venue paid $7,523.18 on a total of $53,737 in liquor receipts.
