HS Football Preview: Cy-Ranch v. Cy-Woods
Cy-Ranch Mustangs
The undefeated Cy-Ranch Mustangs (3-0) battle the Cy-Woods Wildcats (1-2) in a District 17 matchup Friday night.
The Mustangs have a chance to become the first ISD team to win a district title in its first year of varsity competition. Cy-Ranch sophomore running back, Keith Ford, leads District 17 with 492 rushing yards.
Cy-Woods began the season 0-2 with losses to A & M Consolidated and Cy-Falls. The Wildcats scored a season high 28 points during last weeks victory over Cy-Fair.
Wildcats reception happy senior running back, Frederick Anderson, and lone returning receiving corps member with starting experience Senior wide receiver, Colton Beardmore, look to upend the Mustangs Friday night.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. at Pridgeon Stadium.
